W dniach 1-4 grudnia 2022 r. na Wydziale Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Szczecińskiego odbyła się International Conference of Legal Clinics in Poland: “If not legal opinion, then what? A modern model of legal clinics”.
W ramach projektu „Promowanie sprawiedliwości społecznej poprzez współpracę między organizacjami pozarządowymi a poradniami prawnymi na Białorusi, w Polsce i Szwecji”, który był realizowany przez Instytut Raoula Wallenberga, Fundację Uniwersyteckich Poradni Prawnych oraz niezależnych ekspertów z Białorusi i finansowany przez Nordycką Radę Ministrów, prowadzono analizę, w jaki sposób uniwersytety i społeczeństwo obywatelskie mogą współpracować w celu promowania praw człowieka i sprawiedliwości społecznej?
The meeting was dedicated to the update on the project development followed by lively discussion on the current status of the university legal clinic.
Between 26 and 30 of October 2022, a group of representatives of the Polish legal clinics and the Polish Lega Clinics Foundation visited partner universities in Kosovo.First part of the visit was held in Pristina, at the Faculty of Law, University of Pristina where the Polish group was welcomed by the Dean of the law school, professor Muhamet Vokrri and representatives of academic as well as by the students.
The meeting was dedicated to the update on the project development followed by lively discussion on the current status of the university legal clinic.

W dniu 11 października 2022 roku odbyło sie doroczne spotkanie studenckich poradni prawnych z Rzecznikiem Praw Obywatelskich. Podczas spotkania omówione zostały potencjalne projekty i inicjatywy, które będą podejmowane wspólnie na bazie istniejących porozumień dwustronnych. Kliniki prawa przestawiły bieżące bolączki i najważniejsze sukcesy, zaś przedstawiciele Biura RPO zaproponowali zakres potencjalnych pół współpracy. Do najważniejszych uzgodnien z dorocznego spotkania jest odnowienie inicjatywy wydawania broszur poświęconych informacji o kluczowych zagadnieniach w jakich klienci klinik prawa sie zwracają o pomoc.

VISIT OF POLISH LEGAL CLINICS REPRESENTATIVES TO MONTENEGRO AND KOSOVO WITHIN THE ENEMLOS PROJECT.
Between 14 and 18 of September 2022, a group of representatives of the Polish legal clinics and the Polish Lega Clinics Foundation visited partner universities in Montenegro and Kosovo.
First part of the visit was held in Podgorica, at the Faculty of Law, University of Montenegro where the Polish group was welcomed by the Vice-Dean of the law school, main coordinator of the project - professor Biljana Djuricin and representatives of academic and non-partners as well as by the students.

Between 19 and 23 April 2022 the Polish Legal Clinics Foundation held an event within the ENEMLOS project dedicated to the training of clinicians from Kosovo. The delegation was composed of 19 persons including representatives from: Kosovo Bar Association, Public University “Kadri Zeka” from Gjilan, Basic Court of Gjilan, University of Pristina, University “Haxhi Zeka” in Peja.
The first day of the meetings was arranged in Warsaw and included meetings with four legal clinics, that is: the Legal Clinic at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Warsaw University (chaired by prof. Barbara Namysłowska-Gabrysiak, Head of the Legal Clinic), the Legal Clinic at the Łazarski University (chaired by Ewelina Milan, coordinator of the clinic), the SWPS University Clinic (chaired by dr Katarzyna Antolak-Szymanski, Head of the Legal Clinic) and the Legal Clinic at Koźmiński University (chaired by Bartosz Baranowski, legal clinic coordinator).

Between 28 March and 1 April 2022 the Polish Legal Clinics Foundation held an event within the ENEMLOS project dedicated to the training of clinicians from Montenegro. The delegation was composed of 17 persons including representatives from: University of Montenegro, Chamber of Judicial Officers of Montenegro, High Court in Podgorica, Supreme Court of Montenegro, Supreme State Prosecutors Office of Montenegro, Center for ADR in Podgorica, Bar Association of Montenegro, Notary Chamber of Montenegro.

Clinicians from the Polish Legal Clinic Foundation as well as representative of particular legal clinics in Poland once again shared their experience in the clinical legal education and organization of legal clinics. This time the participants included representatives of the Kosovan universities and legal institutions. Presentations were followed by questions and answers sessions that allowed to post additional issues to be discussed and analyzed.
